AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
The AAF-Utah is here to save you a few shoppping headaches with awesome gifts from the third annual Not-So-Silent Auction. You can get all your shopping done while helping the club raise some much needed funds. Please support the AAF-Utah by browsing and bidding on the wonderful items for sale on this site. FOR EASY BROWSING, SEE THE ENTIRE LIST OR SEARCH BY CATEGORY JUST BELOW THESE
- The auction runs from December 6, 2010 12:00 noon and ends December 16th at 5:00pm.
- Initial bids should begin at the starting bid (listed), or higher. Incremental bids of $5 dollars must be made for items starting at over $20 and $2 dollars for items starting under $20.
- Winners must pick up their items at the AAF-Utah office in downtown Salt Lake City (230 West 200 South) starting Friday, December 17th from 10am to 6pm. If you do not pick up at this time you will have to arrange pick up with jen@aafutah.com.
- Cash, check and credit cards accepted at time of pick-up.
- Anyone can bid (this is not limited to AAF-Utah members) once they are registered (see directions for registering below).
HOW TO REGISTER:
In order to become a registered bidder, send an email to jen@aafutah.com with your blogger (screen) name, full name, place of business, phone number, email address and intended payment type. Once we have this information, you can bid on any item by posting a comment under that item and stating the amount that you would like to bid. Be sure to look at the comments to find out what the highest bid is.
The highest bid on December 16th at 5:00 pm (MST) will be awarded the item. You must be able to personally pick up the item (items will not be shipped) by December 24th, or they will become the property of AAF-Utah. Please call the AAF-Utah office prior to pick-up to ensure someone is in the office.
If you have questions, please call Jennifer Schreiter (Executive Director, AAF-Utah) at 801-355-9001.
